For several years, Day One has created and developed the "30 - 3 - 30" methodology in order to help professional services firms define their messages (positioning, expertise, competitive advantages, references, etc.) in 30 seconds, 3 minutes or 30 minutes. The positioning of the firm is thus clearer, the marketing more effective and the communication more coherent. Indeed, effective marketing of a professional services firm is done by a positioning and the use of key messages, which will be shared by the whole of the firm and the other willing parts. The challenge is thus double: to define the key positioning and messages and to communicate them in a targeted way.
