Pragmatism
Most of the time, the main question asked by our clients doesn’t consist in knowing what is to be done, but rather how it is to be done. We call that the "paradigm of how", a constant concern of delivering concrete and useful answers. Our clients expect from us pragmatic and operational recommendations saving time, being faster, more innovative and closer to our client’s problematic. A plan of action is useful only if all its elements are (1) aligned with the strategy and the positioning of the firm, (2) attainable, (3) measurable and (4) bringing a real return on investment.
